Florida Capital Courier Services understands the importance of how critical time sensitive documents are handled.  Documents are processed the same *day received, if before 3 p.m., otherwise, they are processed the following business day.  Please keep in mind government and state holidays when sending documents for processing.

*As of June 5, 2019, the Division of Corporations CAN require 24 hours for processing, so same day service isn’t always possible, but we try our best.  Documents are time-date-stamped the day we drop off, and will reflect that date on the ‘effective’ date.

If you have documents for other Florida governmental or business offices, we can offer same day  service, and confirmation of delivery.
